SYNOPSIS

At the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Colonel Pantic is accused of crimes against humanity, but no one dares to testify against him. Vince Harrington, ambition driven officer of the court, decides to go to Ex-Yugoslavia in search of the only man able to confront the colonel, former General Nikola Radin. The journey turns into a fierce manhunt as no one wants Radin to testify at The Hague. No one, except general Radin’s daughter…

Biography

Mitko Panov studied Directing at the Polish National School for Film, TV & Theatre in Lodz. For his films he received many international awards among which the Golden Palm for best short film at Cannes 1991. He is recipient of the Sundance Documentary Film Grant, the Rockefeller Fellowship and the Guggenheim Fellowship for distinguished artists and scholars. Between 1992 and 2008 Panov taught directing at the New York University Graduate Film Department, the University of Texas at Austin and The Munich State School (HFF). He is a founding member of the New York Film Academy and a head of NYFA-Paris branch at La Femis.
