It’s Saturday night in Istanbul and the storm suppresses the sound of music around the city. Özge and Tarık who have had too much to drink decides to end the night and they jump into a cab. However the journey back home doesn’t go on as they expected.
Yasemin Demirci (1992) is an Istanbul based filmmaker. She studied acting at Kadir Has University but never practiced to pursue her filmmaking career. She moved to Prague and studied directing & scriptwriting at Prague Film School. After graduating in 2015, she got accepted to Kingston University of London to Film Studies where she graduated with an upper second class degree in 2019. Since 2015 she made several short films which were screened at a further 30 festivals worldwide including CameraImage, Sofia Menar, Venice Film Week and Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. At the moment, Yasemin is working on her first feature film project.
